Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Missouri
• Previous experience in school settings preferred

• Ability to manage a caseload across multiple sites efficiently
• Commitment to providing high-quality, student-focused therapy services

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEP-driven therapy plans for approximately 32 students across assigned school sites
• Provide around 800 minutes of direct service weekly
• Coordinate scheduling independently, with initial oversight, ensuring each caseload student is served weekly
• Document sessions and progress according to school and state protocols
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
