As an on-site provider, you’ll support school-aged students at various welcoming and travel-accommodating school settings, all while enjoying the majestic backdrop of whales breaching, playful porpoises, and the captivating northern lights.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for pediatric and school-based occupational therapy services, helping students achieve their highest potential in academic and life skills. Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Current OT license in Alaska (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are also encouraged
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative spirit
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques for diverse student needs and settings

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individualized assessments and create student-centered intervention plans
  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students with varying needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Maintain up-to-date records and progress reports in accordance with school standards
  • Travel to assigned sites throughout the Kenai area as required
