Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of New Hampshire (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience working in school settings highly preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements
- Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and adapt to different student needs
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with staff, parents, and administrators
- Passion for fostering an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment
Your Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students to determine needs for occupational therapy intervention
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs and school goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and related service providers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a valued resource to the school community
