Make a meaningful impact in students’ lives by providing dedicated occupational therapy services for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Work directly with students ranging from elementary to high school across a variety of needs, from mild to complex disabilities, as a school-based clinician in a supportive educational environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Washington State Occupational Therapy License (Dept. of Health) required
- Washington State OSPI ESA certification with OT endorsement (all credentials must be current)
- Previous experience with school-aged children preferred
- Skilled in adapting therapy interventions to meet individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions—onsite—tailored to each student’s IEP
- Assess and document motor, sensory, and functional abilities
- Develop and implement treatment plans to help students achieve their educational goals
- Consult with staff and parents to ensure effective carryover of strategies to classroom and home
- Support a caseload of students across elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Contribute to IEP meetings, providing updates and recommendations
- Maintain all required records and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
