Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid OT license (or eligibility) for Wisconsin
  • Previous experience in school-based pediatric settings preferred
  • Solid understanding of IEP development and documentation
  • Passion for working with elementary-aged children

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Manage a caseload typically ranging from 35-45 students, primarily at the elementary level
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy interventions to promote student success
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and achieve IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports
  • Adapt interventions to align with educational curriculum and student needs
