Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
• Valid OT licensure in Wisconsin (or eligibility)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of 35–45 elementary students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and eager to adapt to new environments
• Comfortable working across two school locations and providing in-person services

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to elementary students
• Manage individual education plans, document progress, and collaborate with teachers and families
• Adapt activities and interventions to best support learning and participation
• Travel between two designated school sites (within close proximity)
• Maintain compliance with all school and state-specific policies and procedures
