Key Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Washington Occupational Therapy license
- ESA certification required
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver both direct and indirect therapy services to K–12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing expertise for each student’s educational plan
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans that foster student achievement and independence
