Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active OT license in Washington
• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued, but not required
• Ability to work with a diverse K–12 caseload, fostering positive student relationships

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative therapy to students with varying needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and fellow professionals to create a team-focused approach
• Attend and participate actively in IEP meetings, maintaining thorough and timely documentation
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that support each student’s unique abilities
• Contribute expertise to promote a positive, inclusive school culture and student success
