Occupational Therapist School Setting - Kent, WA

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Washington state OT license and ESA certification mandatory
• Experience in a school-based setting is advantageous, but open to new professionals
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse student needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver both direct and consultative occupational therapy services for K–12 students
• Create and adjust individualized therapy plans aligned with academic and developmental goals
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation according to school and state requirements
• Serve as a resource for teachers and families, supporting strategies that help students thrive
