Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state of Washington
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of IEP processes, documentation, and progress reporting

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individual intervention plans for students
  • Provide direct and consultative OT services as specified in students’ IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to integrate OT strategies in the classroom
  • Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Offer support and training to staff on best practices in occupational therapy for school-aged children
