Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state of Washington
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Knowledge of IEP processes, documentation, and progress reporting

What You'll Do:
- Conduct assessments and develop individual intervention plans for students
- Provide direct and consultative OT services as specified in students’ IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to integrate OT strategies in the classroom
- Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Offer support and training to staff on best practices in occupational therapy for school-aged children
