Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid and active Occupational Therapy license for the state of Washington
  • At least 2 years of experience in a school-based or pediatric occupational therapy position (preferred)
  • Active Medicaid provider number and a completed CAQH profile
  • Credentialed with relevant insurance companies
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to evolving caseload needs
  • Clear communication skills for working with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and group occupational therapy services to students based on IEP goals and assessments
  • Document progress and collaborate with special education teams
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to intervention planning
  • Support students’ functional independence within the classroom and throughout their school activities
