This contract position spans the 2026-2027 school year, offering opportunities to work directly with pre-K through 12th-grade students and collaborate with educational professionals.

Position Highlights:

  • Contract duration from September 2, 2026, to June 17, 2027
  • Full-time schedule, averaging 37.5 to 40 hours per week
  • Standard day begins at 8:00 AM, with end times typically by 3:30 PM—specific hours may fluctuate based on assignments, meetings, or school events
  • Manage up to 950 direct service minutes weekly
  • Serve a diverse population ranging from preschoolers through high school seniors

Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license for school-based practice
  • Experience working with school-aged students highly preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and varying student needs
  • Commitment to evidence-based, student-focused care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a range of needs
  • Deliver direct OT services aligned with IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings as required
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers and staff to support classroom participation and student success
  • Provide guidance to families regarding strategies that foster student growth
  • Adjust approaches as needed to best serve varied ages and developmental stages
