Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current OT licensure in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and work well in a team-centered environment

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations for students with a variety of needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with IEP teams
  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students in individual and group settings
  • Maintain organized and timely documentation in accordance with district and federal guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student outcomes
