Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility) in Washington
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for helping students of all backgrounds reach developmental goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement student-centered therapy plans
  • Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students
  • Assess, document, and monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure services comply with regulations and best practices
