About the Position

Winston-Salem Forsyth County Schools is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Kernersville, North Carolina, for the 2026–2027 school year.

This is a full-time, school-based position serving students with speech and language needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students.
• Assess students' communication and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.
• Participate in IEP meetings.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• School-based SLP experience preferred.
• Experience working with school-aged children.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
