Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Valid OT license for Pennsylvania
• Prior experience in a school setting or with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with IEPs and special education environments is a plus

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to middle and high school students based on IEP requirements
• Evaluate students to develop individualized treatment plans focused on academic and daily life success
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other specialists to integrate OT strategies within the school day
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer consultative support to school staff and parents around OT interventions
• Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Schedule: Four days weekly at the middle school (7:45am-3:00pm); one day per week at the high school (7:30am-2:30pm)
