As a valued member of the educational team, you'll provide comprehensive occupational therapy services, focusing on fine and gross motor development and functional skill building. You’ll assess student needs, design individualized interventions, and help students achieve their full potential within the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of motor, sensory, and everyday functional skills.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment strategies, including IEP goals.
• Deliver occupational therapy to students individually and in small group settings.
• Engage actively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support student growth.
• Document progress, update interventions, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Offer expertise and recommendations to promote student success across all settings.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current valid Occupational Therapist license in Virginia.
• Experience in school-based or teletherapy OT, with comfort supporting a range of ages and developmental needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Genuine dedication to facilitating positive outcomes for children and adolescents.
