Key Qualifications:

  • Valid license as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience or strong interest in providing school-based OT services
  • Familiarity with assessments, IEP processes, and therapeutic interventions for K-12 students
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade as outlined in IEPs
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students’ needs and develop targeted treatment plans
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services, progress notes, and relevant reports
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to optimize student participation and success
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute to ongoing student planning, and support inclusive classroom practices
