What you’ll need to be successful:

• Current Occupational Therapy license in California (or ability to obtain before start)
• Previous experience in a school-based OT role preferred
• Skills in developing and implementing individualized student plans

• Adaptability working across multiple grade levels and locations (Preschool–8th)

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of about 35 students across two campuses
• Deliver assessments, interventions, and therapy to students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
• Contribute to IEP development and implementation
