Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Occupational Therapist license in California
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to address their needs within an educational environment
  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services in accordance with IEP objectives and best practices
  • Maintain accurate documentation of interventions, progress notes, and communications
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute insights to support students’ total well-being
  • Educate staff and families on strategies that foster student independence and participation
