Certified Licensed School Occupational Therapist - Lake Elsinore, California

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Holds an active and valid Occupational Therapy license in California
• Current certification with relevant national or state boards
• Previous experience working in an educational or pediatric environment preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress
• Organized, flexible, and capable of adapting to various student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ occupational therapy requirements
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to improve students’ independence and participation in school activities
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to ensure coordinated support
• Maintain detailed documentation, progress reports, and records in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Provide direct therapy sessions, group interventions, and consultative services
• Adhere to school district policies and support a positive learning environment for all students
