Requirements and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active OT licensure in Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
  • Passion for working with children and adolescents with diverse needs
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students, in both individual and group formats
  • Assessing students’ functional abilities and developing tailored intervention plans
  • Participating actively in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary planning
  • Progress monitoring, documentation, and timely reporting
  • Educating staff and families on strategies and assistive devices to support student engagement
  • Supporting students in accessing the curriculum and building independence
