Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license in Florida
  • Previous experience in a school setting, supporting K-12 students, preferred
  • Ability to administer and interpret assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver direct/indirect services
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services onsite to students with diverse needs
  • Evaluate students’ functional performance and participate in IEP team meetings
  • Develop customized treatment plans focused on educational success, independence, and participation
  • Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and families on adaptive strategies and interventions
  • Maintain detailed records and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff
