Key Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with appropriate supervision
- Experience working in schools, healthcare, home health, or teletherapy settings
- Confidence in providing OT services to children and adolescents (elementary through middle school)
- Familiarity with IEP management using digital platforms, preferably SPED Forms
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 35 students with diverse OT needs
- Deliver therapy through a blended approach of push-in, pull-out, and consultative models, adapting interventions as required
- Work collaboratively with special education professionals to develop and implement effective therapy plans
- Document progress and support compliance through accurate IEP reporting and management
- Contribute insights and strategies to the wider team, helping foster a positive and inclusive environment for all learners
