This 0.9 FTE Occupational Therapist role is shared between two prominent high schools, providing the ideal setting to apply your skills and learn from a broad range of students and staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active OT license, preferably with prior school-based experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to multiple school settings and schedules
• Dedication to fostering student growth and success

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive OT services to high school students, supporting access to learning and participation in school activities
• Evaluate students and develop appropriate, individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
• Manage a caseload split between Lakeville North High (0.50 FTE) and Lakeville South High (0.40 FTE)
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
