Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy certification required
• Experience providing OT services to students in grades K–8 (K–5 emphasis)
• Strong communication skills working with students, teachers, and families
• Ability to adapt to varied caseloads and educational settings
• Familiarity with IEP processes and goal development

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services within school settings
• Assess students’ functional skills and develop tailored treatment plans
• Document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with educators to integrate therapy goals and strategies into classrooms
• Support both elementary and some middle school students, ensuring continuity of care
