In this contract-based role, you will work closely with Kershaw Elementary, North Elementary, and Andrew Jackson Middle and High Schools, providing onsite support to students from July 27, 2026, through May 28, 2027. Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid and active Occupational Therapy licensure in South Carolina
- Prior experience in a school-based OT setting preferred
- Skilled in evaluating and treating students with diverse abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to multiple sites and collaborate with diverse school teams
- Must submit a blinded resume and a copy of your SC OT certification with your application
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive onsite occupational therapy services for pre-K through high school students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement individualized therapy plans
- Work collaboratively with educators, family members, and other professionals across school locations
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation aligned with school and therapy standards
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and school-based therapy teams
- Travel between Kershaw Elementary, North Elementary, and Andrew Jackson Middle and High Schools as needed
