Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license for Pennsylvania
  • Experience in school-based OT preferred
  • Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorders
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other support professionals
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and small-group OT sessions to students aged 6-11
  • Weekly services for a caseload currently at 8 students, with potential to expand
  • Evaluate and reassess students as needed, including upcoming new referrals
  • Develop and implement IEP goals in coordination with multidisciplinary team
  • Document student progress and maintain open communication with parents and staff
