Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Prior experience working in school-based settings preferred
• Comfortable collaborating with educators and families to deliver effective interventions

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students with varying needs during the ESY program
• Evaluate students’ fine motor, sensory, adaptive, and self-help skills to determine therapy goals
• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized therapy interventions aligned with IEPs
• Monitor and document student progress toward identified outcomes
• Communicate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to promote continuity of care
• Adapt to the unique dynamics and schedule of summer programming
