Occupational Therapist School Setting - Lansdale, PA

Key Qualifications:

• Valid OT or COTA licensure in Pennsylvania
• Experience supporting students in a school-based setting, particularly with MDS or transition-aged youth, preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and goal planning
• Effective communication skills with students, educators, and families
• Compassion, adaptability, and dedication to student growth

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to eligible students as outlined in their IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to support students in achieving their transition goals
• Assess students’ strengths and needs, and develop individualized interventions to increase functional independence
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and treatment plans
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to transition planning for MDS students
