Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ functional abilities as they relate to academic and daily school tasks
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP requirements
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students in one-on-one or group settings
- Collaborate actively with teachers, special education staff, and parents to track progress and adjust interventions
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of therapy services and student development
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input on students’ needs and accommodations
- Educate staff and caregivers on strategies to support students' occupational therapy goals within the classroom and at home
