Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania
• Experience working in school environments, specifically with elementary-aged children
• Knowledge of IEPs and educational therapy best practices
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to begin as soon as possible and commit through mid-March

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy services to elementary-aged students based on IEP requirements
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate therapeutic strategies in the classroom
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor student progress, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer guidance to families and staff to ensure continuity of care
• Adapt interventions and strategies to meet diverse student needs
