Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active OT license in Wyoming (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to develop individualized plans and document progress effectively
  • Knowledge of IEP process and ability to participate in multidisciplinary meetings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and provide therapy services for students with a range of needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
  • Assist students in building essential skills for classroom participation and daily life
  • Complete timely documentation and maintain compliance with school and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the educational team
