School-Based Occupational Therapist Needed | 2026-2027 School Year

Soliant is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a welcoming school district in Las Cruces, NM for the 2026-2027 school year. Position Details

• 2026-2027 School Year
• Full-Time Position (Part-Time may be considered)
• On-Site
• PreK-12 Caseload (specific assignment discussed during the interview)
• Virtual interviews conducted via Zoom

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students' fine motor, sensory, and functional performance
• Develop individualized treatment plans and contribute to IEP goals
• Provide direct occupational therapy services and consult with school staff
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and support student development

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active New Mexico Occupational Therapist License
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
