Key Qualifications:

• Active Nevada State Occupational Therapist Licensure
• Solid foundation in fine and gross motor skill interventions
• Experience with teletherapy and in-person therapy practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and COTAs
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Previous school-based experience welcomed, but open to candidates from other settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students as designated in their educational plans
• Conduct assessments and provide interventions that support students' academic access and participation
• Consult with educators and families to create tailored strategies that foster student independence
• Maintain accurate and timely student records and documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Adapt therapy activities to address fine and gross motor skill needs in the school environment
