In this position, you will:

• Deliver occupational therapy services onsite to students with diverse needs.
• Address both fine motor and gross motor skill development, using individualized strategies tailored to each student.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress toward students’ goals.
• Support and supervise COTA staff, ensuring best practices and compliance with school-based therapy standards.
• Provide teletherapy support as needed, utilizing digital platforms to reach students in remote or hybrid settings.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate progress with families and educational team members.

Ideal candidates bring:

• A valid OT license in Nevada or eligibility for licensure.
• Prior experience in school settings, with a strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and their use in educational contexts.
• A passion for helping students maximize their abilities and participate fully in school activities.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
