Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license and credentials relevant for school-based settings
  • Demonstrated experience with OT interventions for PreK-8th grade students
  • Skills in adapting therapeutic plans for a range of developmental and educational needs
  • Previous work in school environments, including managing multiple sites, is highly valued
  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and confident communication
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
  • In-person services only (teletherapy is not included at this time)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students
  • Deliver engaging, effective occupational therapy to help students reach educational goals
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff for integrated intervention strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to documentation as needed
  • Foster a supportive, positive environment for students with varying needs
  • Manage caseload efficiently across assigned sites while maintaining strong rapport with colleagues and families
