Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT licensure valid in California
• Previous experience working as an OT in a school setting strongly preferred
• Knowledge of IEP processes, documentation, and school-based therapy best practices
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to create individualized treatment plans and monitor progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct OT services to students per IEP goals and team recommendations
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine students’ therapy needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, families, and other support staff
• Develop adaptive strategies, modifications, and therapeutic activities for classroom use
• Maintain accurate and timely records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary support plans
• Offer in-services or training to staff and caregivers as requested
