You'll enjoy a consistent 37.5 hours per week working closely with dedicated faculty and families to foster student growth and success.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license
• Previous experience in school-based, home health, or healthcare OT services preferred
• Expertise in pediatric therapy and working with students from PreK to 8th grade
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment and intervention plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs and progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom and home environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Contribute to multidisciplinary teams, participating in IEP meetings and goal setting
• Support students in developing essential life and academic skills for increased independence
