Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active or pending Virginia OT license

• Proficiency in addressing fine and gross motor skills, with versatility across traditional, healthcare, home health, and teletherapy settings
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students within the school environment
• Assess students’ abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Support fine and gross motor skill development and help students access classroom activities
• Maintain communication with teachers, special education staff, and families to maximize student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and document interventions and outcomes in accordance with school and district requirements
