This position serves a diverse caseload of students ages 3 to 18, providing essential therapy services in a dynamic school environment located near Lawrenceville, VA. Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state licensure and required credentials for providing therapy in educational settings
• Experience with school-based OT, both in-person and via teletherapy platforms
• Strong skills in developing and implementing strategies for fine and gross motor development
• Comfortable serving and managing a caseload spanning early childhood through high school
• Familiarity with IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with interdisciplinary teams
• At this time, COTAs will not be considered for this role

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students ages 3–18, both on-site and via teletherapy as needed
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress
• Support IEP development, attend meetings, and document services per district requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Deliver therapeutic interventions that promote fine motor and gross motor skill development
• Consult with school staff to adapt classroom environments and tasks for optimal student participation
