Occupational Therapist (OT) – 2026–2027 School Year

Soliant Education is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time opportunity during the 2026–2027 school year. This position will serve students ages 3–18 and is ideal for an OT who enjoys helping students develop the functional, fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills needed to succeed in the school environment.

Position Details:

- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- 2026–2027 School Year
- Caseload: Ages 3–18
- School-based setting
- Onsite position

Responsibilities:

- Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs.
Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ occupational therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy goals and intervention plans.
Support students with fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, self-care, and functional skills.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and service records.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers.
- Recommend appropriate accommodations, adaptive equipment, and strategies to support student participation and independence.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active or eligible state Occupational Therapist license
- School-based or pediatric OT experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
