Occupational Therapist – School Setting – Le Sueur, MN

An educational organization in Le Sueur, MN is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract position involves providing therapy services to a caseload of approximately 20 students in a school environment focused on supporting their developmental and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to students based on evaluation results and IEP goals.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Document student progress and maintain compliant records in line with school policies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute clinical expertise to multidisciplinary planning.
• Adapt therapy activities to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license and credentials to practice in Minnesota.
• Experience working in school-based occupational therapy preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric therapy techniques and educational environments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently.
