School Occupational Therapist | Lebanon, Ohio

Make an immediate impact supporting students as a contract occupational therapist for a part-time leave position covering evaluations and COTA supervision through late November. Located near Lebanon, OH, this role focuses on collaborating with a dedicated team to help elementary and middle school students reach their fullest potential.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations for elementary and middle school students
• Provide effective supervision and support to COTAs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to develop and implement IEPs
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
• Help students enhance their participation in academic, social, and functional school activities
• Communicate clearly with all team members to ensure consistent, high-quality OT services

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Ohio
• Current ODE certification
• School-based experience or a genuine passion for working with children and adolescents
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and supervise delegated staff
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational environment
