Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state
- Proven experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong assessment, documentation, and intervention planning skills
- Ability to travel to multiple worksites as needed

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings and assessments for students referred for occupational therapy services
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address academic, emotional, and functional goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support teams to promote holistic student success
- Provide training or consultation to staff and families as needed
- Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation in a timely manner
