In this role, you’ll work with a dedicated caseload of approximately 32-33 students, each receiving individualized services once weekly, with select students benefiting from twice-weekly sessions. Leveraging your expertise in school-based settings and teletherapy, you’ll collaborate with educational teams to support student success and independence.

Skills & Experience Sought:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist with active credentials
  • Prior experience in school-based OT, supporting children and adolescents
  • Proficiency in delivering teletherapy services
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities
  • Ability to develop and implement effective, individualized therapy plans
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and collaboration with educators and families

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored occupational therapy services to students, focusing on their educational and developmental needs
  • Engage with students both onsite and through teletherapy platforms to ensure continuity of care
  • Evaluate student progress regularly, adjusting therapy interventions as required
  • Maintain compliant and up-to-date records of student sessions and outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth
  • Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
