Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to children ages birth to five within early childhood programs
  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations related to Child Find referrals
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams
  • Offer consultation and guidance to teachers and parents for at-home and classroom strategies
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP/IFSP processes, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications:

  • Current Maryland Occupational Therapy license (MD OT License) required
  • Previous experience in pediatric, early intervention, or school-based settings
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Child Find and early childhood development principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
