What we’re seeking:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with current credentialing appropriate to provide OT services in school settings
- Experience adapting therapeutic interventions for elementary students (2nd-4th Grade) and high school populations
- Comfortable working with students across a variety of ages and developmental stages
- Ability to independently manage caseloads and collaborate effectively with educational teams
- Previous work in a school setting is strongly preferred
- Open to both fully in-person and hybrid scheduling options
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy assessments and direct interventions tailored to students’ needs
- Consult with teachers, parents, and related service providers to ensure optimal student support
- Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals
- Accurately document services, progress, and maintain compliance with all required regulations
- Provide adaptive strategies and equipment recommendations as necessary for classroom and school participation
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer guidance for student growth
