You’ll collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to provide essential occupational therapy services to students across a variety of grade levels—from kindergarten through high school. This position is a wonderful chance to build impactful connections while helping students achieve their fullest potential during a maternity leave coverage.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy licensure
  • Previous school-based OT experience, or a strong interest in working within schools
  • Comfortable working with students in grades K–4 and high school
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to different settings and schedules
  • Ability to create inclusive, individualized therapy plans

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess students’ abilities to develop personalized therapy interventions
  • Deliver direct therapy services in a variety of school settings (K–4, high school, etc.)
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies
  • Collaborate with educators and families to integrate OT strategies into classroom routines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
  • Offer resources and training to school staff as needed
