What we’re seeking:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist with current credentialing appropriate to provide OT services in school settings
  • Experience adapting therapeutic interventions for elementary students (2nd-4th Grade) and high school populations
  • Comfortable working with students across a variety of ages and developmental stages
  • Ability to independently manage caseloads and collaborate effectively with educational teams
  • Previous work in a school setting is strongly preferred
  • Open to both fully in-person and hybrid scheduling options

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy assessments and direct interventions tailored to students’ needs
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and related service providers to ensure optimal student support
  • Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals
  • Accurately document services, progress, and maintain compliance with all required regulations
  • Provide adaptive strategies and equipment recommendations as necessary for classroom and school participation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and offer guidance for student growth
