Desired Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) experienced in school-based, home health, teletherapy, and healthcare settings
  • Background with sensory and fine motor caseloads preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate within a team and adapt to dynamic environments

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50 students
  • Deliver interventions for sensory and fine motor development
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized student plans
  • Maintain detailed records and coordinate with educators and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff
