This full-time contract opportunity uses your expertise as an Occupational Therapist to support infants and toddlers through Child Find initiatives. This position begins August 10, 2026, and continues through June 17, 2027.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Maryland
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric, early intervention, or school-based occupational therapy
- Proficiency in supporting infants and toddlers—especially in the context of Child Find
- Collaborative, flexible mindset and excellent communication skills
- Ability to develop individualized plans and work with families, teachers, and related service staff
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT services to a caseload of infants and toddlers, addressing developmental and functional needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary Child Find evaluations, screenings, and team meetings
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
- Document assessments, interventions, and progress clearly and promptly
- Deliver consultation and guidance to school staff and caregivers on strategies and accommodations
- Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that empowers every child to succeed
