Occupational Therapist School Setting in Lexington, SC

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license and certification
• Experience in school-based OT services; home health or healthcare background a plus
• Competence in managing caseloads of approximately 45-50 students
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators and parents
• Familiarity with developing and monitoring IEP/504 goals for students
• Flexibility and organization to work across diverse grade levels (PreK-12)

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Delivering therapy services in accordance with student plans
• Developing, tracking, and updating individualized treatment goals
• Providing input and participating in IEP meetings
• Consulting with teachers and staff on strategies to support classroom success
• Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records
• Engaging with parents and caregivers to foster student achievement
