Caseload: Approximately 40 Students
Population Served: PreK–12th Grade
Compensation: $30–$45 per hour
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license
- SLP-CCC preferred
- Previous school-based experience highly preferred
- Expertise in assessment, intervention, and treatment planning for students across a variety of age groups
- Strong collaboration skills with educators, administrators, and families
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to promote student success across educational settings
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
- Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for students' communication goals
- Partner with families to support carryover of communication skills beyond the school environment
