Key Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Previous experience in school-based, home health, or healthcare OT settings preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities
  • Comfort working with PreK-12th grade students across a caseload of approximately 45–50

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct consultation and intervention for students on your caseload
  • Develop and document individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams across multiple school sites
  • Support students in achieving functional and academic goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school standards
  • Schedule: 37.5 hours/week, assignment runs from 7/27/2026–5/26/2027
