Occupational Therapist School Setting - Liberty Hill, TX

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapy license
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children
• Familiarity with school-based practice, including IEP development and progress monitoring
• Ability to manage multiple student caseloads effectively
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to maintaining professional documentation and billing practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans for elementary students
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services, adapting interventions to meet each child’s needs
• Work with teachers, staff, and families to support student participation and achievement in the classroom
• Prepare and maintain required documentation and billing records in accordance with policy and regulation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to interdisciplinary team discussions
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed for continued growth
